We guarantee you that no online travel agency can beat the price, terms & conditions that you would find booking directly with us in our web page.

Regular guests would have different terms & conditions with direct bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

They are the same or better than booking with any online travel agency (HRS, Venere, Last Minute, Booking, Expedia ...)

For the Low and Mid-Low Season if cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival (up to 00:00 am of the day prior to the date of arrival), no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

For the Mid, Mid-High and the High Season, if cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT POLICY

They are the same or better than booking with any online travel agency (HRS, Venere, Last Minute, Booking, Expedia ...)

No deposit will be charged for the Low and Mid-Low Season.

For the Mid, Mid-High and the High Season, 20 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

All children are more than welcome. There is a Lounge-Tv area for kids. Only the Lounge-Bar is an Adults Only area.

One child from 0 to 2 years is charged between 4 to 10 Euros per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

It is not possible to add extra beds in the room.

INTERNET

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable except for direct bookings that is free.

PARKING

Free private and closed (during the night) parking is possible on site Reservation is not needed.
There is a concierge 24 h

PETS

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to accommodate Pets
