In 1968 (remember may 1968), during existential holidays in Dénia, the Kessous & Garcia family felt in love with the beauty and the mediterranean life style of the county.

In 1970 they decided to open a small but charming pension with 5 rooms at 40 m from the "Les Marines" beach. This became quickly a meeting point between the new tourists and residents of Dénia.

This small and unique guesthouse quickly turned into a beautiful mediterranean-style mansion with a colonnaded façade and Florentine balconies, after successive renovations and with the invaluable faithfulness of its guests.
